What do I get after I select/buy a plan?

You will be able to create & design & save your personalized PDF cards. You will have full access to the SPHOXO design cards platform (i.e. the 4 families of cards: SPH, OXO, SCORE, HITEK smart-cards builder modules). You'll be able to select all kind of features like: all shapes, all colors, all kind of different configurations like: paper size, different views, swing, putts, hcp... and much more… Free plans (if/when available) are the ideal way to start to experiment with the incredible SPHOXO design platform and learn how to create amazing smart golf personal scorecards. You’ll be able to gradually take your Golf experience to a new level of PERFORMANCE, STYLE and FUN…

What are the main difference between plans?

The key differences between the plans are DURATION and NUMBER of PDF cards you can keep/save. DURATION e,g, plan A will be active for 1 month while plan B will be active for 1 year. NUMBER of CARDS SAVED e,g, plan A gives you the possibility to save up to 4 PDF files while plan B gives you an unlimited number of PDF files to save.

You can only have 1 Plan per user/email address. But you can design cards for all your family: Dad, Mom, Daughter, Son, will have the possibility to have their own personalized SPHOXO smart Golf scorecard.

Unlimited cards numbers plans (if/when available) are the recommended plans or professionals such as Golf CLUBS, PROS, CADDIES, COACHES, ACADEMIES, and UNIVERSITIES to produce unlimited personalized free smart Golf scorecards for their golfers, members, students. Of course individual golfers can also buy plan with unlimited cards (if/when available) to create each time a different card enriching their Golf experiences for themselves or friends or loved ones. Unlimited cards plans are usually the best deal.

Where are my PDF files stored?

Initially in the SPHOXO cloud servers. Check MY CARDS in your dashboard. Each time you complete a full design of your SPHOXO smart Golf scorecard you will be asked to save it as a PDF file. As simple as that. Additionally, we recommend you to also save/download your PDF-cards in your personal Hard Disk, if you wish so. To share it for free to friends, students, golfers by email.

How do I pay to buy a plan?

Once you select the plan that you want, you will be directed to the PayPal online easy and secure payment system. We selected PayPal because it's simple and very safe and used be millions of users worldwide. Important to note. We can't see your personal credit card information and as a consequence we do not keep it in our servers. We only keep your email address you used to sign in.

How do I extend or upgrade or terminate a plan?

To extend or upgrade you’ll need to buy a new plan and re-use your Paypal credit card information. No action will be required from your side to terminate a plan, the plan will run till the end date duration. There is no possibility to cancel your plan before the end date, and no pro rated refund if a plan is no longer used, so think wisely which plan is the best for you.

How will I remember the end date of my plan?

You can see the end date in the SPHOXO platform in your dashboard: MY PLAN section. FYI the system will remind you when your plan is about to end and you’ll be given the opportunity to either extend or upgrade your SPHOXO experience, or let it end.
